3 Panther Contracting is completing the demolition of the existing pedestrian bridge and raised landing, followed by construction of a new steel-framed pedway system. Work includes structural steel installation, concrete repairs to existing piers and abutments, new decking and railings, electrical upgrades, and full site restoration.
